Terms of Use
The following contains the terms of use for DigitElli Designs products and subscriptions.
Use of the website and purchase of any product, membership, or subscription indicates acceptance of all terms included below.
Refunds
Once your purchase is complete, you will immediately gain access to exclusive content, which is mainly comprised of digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital downloadable content, no refunds are offered.
There is no way to return these products once your purchase is complete- all sales are final!
Subscription & Membership Products
Subscription model products may be referred to as either subscription, membership, or community plans.
When choosing to sign up for one of these products, you are agreeing to be charged a recurring charge on either a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on which payment option you choose.
Due to the included downloadable items that you gain access to immediately once you complete your first purchase, refunds are not available. However, you may cancel future payments at any time. For more information on cancellation, please proceed to the next section.
Subscription & Membership Renewal or Cancellation
As a member of DigitElli Designs Subscription Products, you acknowledge that the subscription model will renew your membership until you choose to cancel it.
Pricing and frequency may vary depending on the billing frequency you have chosen.
You must cancel your subscription in your account settings PRIOR TO the next billing cycle if you wish to end your subscription.
Please note, subscription cancellation happens IMMEDIATELY. You will not be refunded for any unused portion of your subscription. If you have unused time on your subscription, consider setting a reminder and cancelling just prior to your next renewal to avoid losing time that you have paid for in advance.
You must download any content received as part of your subscription that you wish to keep BEFORE your membership ends, as you will not have access to certain included extras in your account after the expiration date, or once your cancellation is processed.
You may cancel at any time by visiting your account, navigating to settings, and then choosing subscriptions.
Product Downloads
Most products are delivered as zip/compressed files to conserve space and make file retrieval easier for the end user. You must be able to unzip your files to access the individual files inside.
Digital stickers and overlays come in a transparent PNG file that is pre-cropped and ready to use in your digital planner. These items appear to have “overhang,” however, this is to accommodate the realistic shadows and highlight layers.
Printable planner pages are delivered as a PDF most times, allowing for the best printing experience. Some files also come with a transparent PNG for you to overlay in a digital format, and/or a JPEG image to easily add to digital planners.
Printable stickers come in a variety of formats, and most often include a PDF, PNG with transparent background, JPEG, and bonus free Silhouette cut files.
Digital planners are delivered as an interactive PDF file with clickable hyperlinks. For best results, you must import this file into a PDF annotation app that allows the use of hyperlinks within the document. Each program has its own design, and while some basic tutorials will be provided on this website, it is the user's sole responsibility to understand how to work with third party applications. Many tutorials can be found on websites like YouTube.
The files provided have been tested for digital planning on iPad and iPhone in third party applications GoodNotes 5 and Zinnia Journal. While these files often work well in other PDF annotation apps on other devices and operating systems, compatibility is not guaranteed.
If you are unsure if your device will allow clickable hyperlinks within PDFs, you can download the Freebie Planner provided on the website to function test usability prior to purchase. Additionally, free sticker sets are available on the website to test before additional purchases are made.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to have an understanding of which types of files their personal tablets, phones, computers, laptops, and other devices and the applications they install are capable of using. No refunds will be given on completed purchases due to incompatible file types. If a file is corrupted or unable to be downloaded, a new file of the same original format will be provided, or a similar product of the same value may be substituted.
To download your purchased items, log into your account and head to the products section.
If you have issues downloading, please reach out via the contact page on the website. Not downloading your files is not a valid reason for issuing refunds- All sales are final!
Product Licensing
Unless otherwise specified in specific terms, a PERSONAL USE LICENSE is granted for the items obtained through your membership and/or individual purchases.
Products in this category include: digital planners, printable pages, printable stickers, realistic digital stickers, and clipart style digital stickers.
Personal Use License
YOU MAY:
-Use graphics on personal devices such as computers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets. This may include creating personal screen backgrounds, use in digital planning apps, updating app icons, or creating personal layouts.
-Share your created layouts and spreads on social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and TikTok.
-Feature the elements you’ve purchased on tutorials, walkthroughs, or general YouTube or TikTok type videos, for example a “plan with me” video.
-Feature elements you've purchased in order to share your affiliate links and codes. When doing so, ensure that others cannot extract individual files from your images.
-Use the elements in ways that do not directly result in personal financial compensation exclusively or mostly from the use of the element.
For example, you cannot make a digital sticker the highlight of an ad you create for your personal product. However, you may use a digital sticker in a planner you have created and posted for sale, as long as the sticker is less than 20% of the main image.
-You may use digital planners as the background to highlight your personal creations, such as stickers, widgets, fonts, etc. When doing so, a link to the DigitElli Designs website is not mandatory, but greatly appreciated.
YOU MAY NOT:
-Share your login information, links, coupon codes, or otherwise distribute subscription or downloadable content to anyone other than the single account holder on the membership.
-Resell any element obtained through your membership or as part of a product purchase.
-Relicense or sublicense any content.
-Seek to copyright any images obtained through your membership or purchases.
-Make elements available for download on any other site or platform, either for free or profit.
-Elements may not be used to portray scenes or messages of an obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, defamatory, or pornographic manner.
-Use DigitElli Designs elements to promote any third party business or digital seller. For instance, if another website or creator has similar items, you may not represent DigitElli Designs items as belonging to their collections in order to drive business to their website.
Commercial Use License (Where Applicable)
Main Intent
the main intent of the license is to protect the intellectual property of digitelli designs, and protect the inherent value of the work you create.
If a commercial license is available for your product, it will be listed on the product page for that item.
If you obtain a commercial use element during a subscription, you retain the rights to use such elements in accordance with this license, even after your subscription ends.
You may sell any of your products that meet the license requirements, in any digital or physical format, with no limitations on number of sales or impressions, and no attribution needed.
You May:
-Sell a final product as a flattened file to a customer, such as a PNG, JPEG, PDF, or other flattened file type suitable for printing or digital use.
-Combine elements ONLY from commercial licensed collections to create new designs.
-Add or remove elements from a design to create a new image.
-Edit colors or add overlays.
-Add elements from other websites, memberships, or your own creations.
-POD and Digital Sales allowed as long as all other conditions are met. Only flattened images may be uploaded to third party printing websites.
You May Not:
-Sell any original file or template as is, without making any changes, unless otherwise specified.
In some cases, ready to use graphics are provided. These will be clearly labeled for such use.
-Combine commercial licensed elements with personal licensed elements for sale. Personal use elements always fall under the personal use license agreement.
-When selling a graphic file as part of a template, the graphic file must be compressed and flattened so that it may not be extracted during editing by your customer. As an example, you may combine a commercial use graphic or sticker with a daily layout planner template as one of your modifications, but you MUST export that image and then use the combined flattened element as the background for your template.
-Seek to copyright any portion of your final design that uses elements from DigitElli Designs. Copyright of original items remains with DigitElli Designs.
You Must:
-Combine a single graphic with another element to create a unique design, and flatten the combined image, before offering for sale in digital format.
-For designs where one image is the main focus of the design, there must be overlap with other elements to prevent extraction of the single element.
-Additional "elements" can be images or text.
-Take care to ensure that in the case of digital files for sale, no original individual element can be easily extracted by the end user.
-Provide your end user with license terms for digital files that protect any included elements from DigitElli Designs.
Commercial Use License- Digital Papers
Digital Papers are unique in that you can use them as is, with no changes needed. You do not need to combine them with any other elements. You may use them as digital papers, use them as patterns to create new products, overlay them on your own digital stickers, and so much more!
No attribution is needed, Print on Demand (POD) and third party sites are allowed.

Service Outages
DigitElli Designs uses third party service providers to deliver content. These providers are located in different parts of the country, and may be temporarily impacted by events such as weather, natural disasters, technical difficulties, scheduled maintenance downtime, or other factors.
When able, planned outages will be announced as soon as possible with an estimated downtime and explanation of what functions may be degraded during that period. However, not all outages can be planned for in advance.
In the event of a temporary service outage over 24 hours, any limited release elements will be extended for availability for an equivalent amount of time as the duration of the outage. For example, coupon codes that expire at the end of the month for subscription users will be extended for additional time to allow ample time for the user to redeem their monthly included items.
Service outages and regular maintenance downtime is not grounds for refund or discounts.

Commercial Use- Single PNG Images
Single PNG images are designed for you to use AS IS. They may ONLY be used for physical, finished products. You may not resell these images in digital format, even with modifications.
You may use these files with Print on Demand websites, such as Printed Mint, Printify, Printful, Zazzle, and Redbubble.
You may not share or give away the files in any format.
